With the know-how acquired through our experience in supplying steel making machinery to Nippon Steel Corporation and its group companies, our domestic machinery and materials business is making steady progress recently by developing solution business and enhancing our functions as a trading company with meeting various customer needs, such as procurement from overseas.
Our energy projects and overseas machinery business is providing excellent services to our customers and manufactures, in particular, exporting Japanese machinery to New Emerging Market such as Russia, China and India. Especially, our energy projects and overseas machinery business has succeeded nowadays through turning our efforts to exporting construction machinery to Russian energy industries and large-size welding line to amazingly growing Chinese shipbuilders.
In addition, we also have begun to cultivate new business in steel manufacturing industries and shipbuilding industries in India and Brazil to be one of our main business in the near future.
